Telehealth Video Visits. Convenient. Easy. Safe.

Telehealth Video Visits are remote video conferences with your provider using a smartphone, tablet or computer. Many urologic conditions can be evaluated and treated using this technology, allowing you to interact with a provider from the comfort and safety of your home.

Minnesota Urology may offer Telehealth Video Visits for both New and Established patients. Visits are billed directly to your insurance company in the same manner as in-office visits. Additionally, most insurance companies have waived patient co-pays and co-insurance for telehealth appointments.

Our schedulers are standing by to help guide you through a very simple process…contact the number below based on your preference.

How It Works

  1. Within an hour after making your appointment you will receive an e-mail confirming the date and time, along with a link to your Video Visit.
  2. Within an hour of your appointment time, you will receive a phone call from our staff to verify your health forms, insurance, and technical details, and answer any questions about the process.
  3. A few minutes before your appointment time, click on the link from your e-mail and enter the provider’s virtual waiting room.
  4. Your Minnesota Urology provider will join you to begin your visit!

Technical requirements: E-mail address, smartphone or tablet with a camera, or computer with a camera, speakers and microphone.
